Freesystems Technology Labs Pvt Ltd. (FSTL) was founded with a vision to make information technology effortless and a source of competitive advantage for small and medium businesses.

Towards this goal, FSTL prescribes to the tag line "Freedom from convention" and is endeavoring to question the way things are done and come up with compelling solutions to address business issues, supported by core research in information technology and computer science.

FSTL has development centers at Mumbai and Bangalore in India and sales offices in the United States and Europe. FSTL is privately funded and has a professional Management team.

Management Team

Srikant Sreenivasan - CEO

Srikant Sreenivasan serves as the CEO of FSTL. He has a Computer Science degree from the University of Pune and a MBA from Manipal University. He has also attended an one year program for Business leaders from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Over the past 15 years, Srikant has executed and managed several large projects globally. His experience spans Management consulting (Arthur Andersen Business Consulting & KPMG Advisory Services), Enterprise Sales & Marketing (Microsoft Corporation and Cisco Systems) and hands-on Technology implementation (core member of Rediff.com in 1995). Srikant brings a strong understanding of IT trends and technologies, their impact on business strategy and their implications for senior manages to create and sustain competitive advantage.

Shiva Shankar J - CTO

Shiva Shankar J serves as the CTO of FSTL and heads out the R&D center out of Bangalore. He has a Electronics and Communications degree from the National Institute of Technology and a MS from BITS Pilani. Over the past 12 years. He possesses broad engineering and software development experience in the areas of Enterprise systems, distributed object systems, massively-scalable architectures, relational databases, and computer/network security. He has consulted for the top Service Providers in the Asia Pacific region as a part of the Consulting Sales team in Cisco. He has been responsible for developing systems in the application areas of product configuration management, event based systems, Storage replication systems, Voice over IP and Video. Previously, Shiva’s engineering and development skills were applied at Cisco and Siemens. Shiva brings a strong understanding of scalable architectures and technologies, rapid delivery and meeting customer requirements for optimal business benefit
